Update
I think that I have everything figured out. I was curious about the title of the course. I was thinking that the technology we were learning would be practical for using in the classroom, however, I don't see this as appropriate things to do with my elementary school class. I wish there was a class we could take to learn to deal with podcasts, interactive white boards, and building online assessments instead of this stuff that I'm not sure how will fit into my teaching.

Playing with new toys is part of the equation. Having the imagination to marry the toys to your context requires imagination. That is a challenge.
